Refund, Return & Exchange
By making the purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the goods are bespoke and made specifically for you; they are bespoke goods and are produced only after your purchase has been made and confirmed. Before your buy, no stock of the purchased goods existed. Furthermore, based on the information above, you acknowledge and agree that your rights to make changes or cancellations are within 24 hours of your purchase confirmation. Once the 24 hours have elapsed and your purchase goes into production, your rights to make changes or cancellations are forfeit. Other than where goods are faulty, you have no rights to cancel any order or return any goods purchased, and all orders are final.
1. Return conditions
RETURNS are handled on a case-by-case basis. However, the return of your purchase is permitted ONLY when the goods delivered fall under the following criteria:
The goods received are damaged
There are visible defects with the print
The item is the wrong size from the one ordered
The thing is the wrong color from the one ordered
The thing is the bad design from the one ordered
The thing is the wrong style (e.g., long sleeve shirt instead of tee shirt) from the ordered
2. Return procedure
If the goods delivered to you fall under one of the criteria noted above, please follow the below steps to request a return:
If you are not satisfied with the items you receive, we can easily arrange an exchange or refund within 45 days of receiving your items. You must submit a request for a return within 14 days after you receive your goods.
After the 14 days have elapsed, you acknowledge that your rights to return are considered forfeit. If goods are produced before submitting your request, those goods are considered forfeit.

Returns can be exchanged for the originally purchased goods or refunded for the actual purchase price. Inquiries are typically addressed within 24 hours.

You will cover the shipping cost for returning the order. The order should be packaged in a nylon bag or any bag/ box with the order id inside.

The refund can be full oedpapartial, on how your order was damaged or wrongly printed. We only refund damaged items in the order
You will be refunded to the payment account you used to pay us. If you used Paypal to pay us before, the refunded amount would be to your Paypal balance. If you used a Credit card to pay us for the order, the refund amount would be to your credit card balance
Your refund request will be processed within 24 hours basis. Your credit will be shown on your balance the below criteria:
For Paypal, the refunded amount will show up immediately on your balance sheet after we confirm the refund processed
For Credit cards, it will take up to 5-10 business days to show up on your balance sheet
